CONTENT PROTECTION POLICY
Practice access is a licence, not a transfer of the question bank.
This policy explains how original dMAT Lab content may be used and how suspected copying or account sharing is handled.
1. Permitted personal use
Active students may view and answer the material inside their own authenticated account for personal exam preparation. Ordinary personal notes about concepts are allowed, provided they do not reproduce substantial questions, answer sets, visuals, explanations, or source packs.
2. Prohibited copying and sharing
You may not scrape, automate collection, screen-record, systematically screenshot, transcribe, download, reproduce, publish, sell, upload, broadcast, train another system on, or distribute protected material. Account, session, access-code, and trusted-device sharing are also prohibited.
3. Protection and investigation
dMAT Lab may use account identifiers, visible or forensic watermarks, device and session controls, rate limits, and privacy-preserving abuse signals. If a leak is reported, access and audit evidence may be preserved and reviewed to identify its source, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
4. Consequences of a verified breach
Confirmed misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund where permitted by law. dMAT Lab may send a takedown notice, seek an injunction or damages, recover reasonable enforcement costs where legally available, or refer unlawful conduct to counsel or the appropriate authorities.
5. Report a leak or request permission
Contact deutschclickk@gmail.com with the URL, account email, and any supporting evidence. Do not redistribute leaked material while reporting it.
