Who is responsible for your information

dMAT Practice Lab is responsible for the student-account, order, access, and support information described in this notice.

Information used by the service

• Account identity such as your email address, sign-in provider, and optional profile details.
• Order, discount, payment-status, and access records. Card, bank, or UPI credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by the Practice Lab.
• Practice sessions, selected answers, scores, progress, and security events needed to run and protect the learning service.
• If you register interest in a guided batch, your preferred timing and optional learning need are stored with your account email so we can plan the batch and contact you if it forms.
• Essential browser and authentication data, including secure cookies and limited technical logs used for reliability and abuse prevention.
• If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics receives public-page paths and titles, referral information, device and browser details, and approximate location derived from network information. Account details, answers, payment data, and protected practice activity are excluded.

Why it is used

Data is used to authenticate students, grant purchased access, remember learning progress, process discounts, plan requested learning support, prevent misuse, investigate errors, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Optional analytics is used only to understand visits to public pages and improve study guides and acquisition journeys.

Service providers

The current architecture uses Supabase for authentication and application data, Vercel for hosting, Google when a student chooses Google sign-in, Google Analytics for consented public-page measurement, and Razorpay when payments are enabled. Each provider processes only the data needed for its role.

Retention and deletion

Practice, profile, and batch-interest data will be removed or minimised when it is no longer needed. Payment, order, fraud-prevention, tax, and audit records may need to be retained even after an account-deletion request. A deletion request is therefore reviewed rather than falsely presented as an instant erasure.

Your choices

You can sign out, choose email or Google authentication where available, and request account deletion from your account area. For a privacy or account request, email deutschclickk@gmail.com from the address used for your account.

Analytics is optional. Advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalisation remain disabled. You can change your analytics choice below at any time.
