dMAT Practice Lab is a digital preparation product. Access begins after a captured payment is verified and is intended for one student account.

Digital access purchases

dMAT Practice Lab is operated by GERMAN EXPERT IMMIGRATION. Because the practice library and generated exercises become available immediately after activation, purchases are normally non-refundable once access has been delivered. Please review the plan, access period, final payable amount, and included features before completing payment.

Payment or access problems

We will investigate a duplicate captured charge, an incorrect captured amount, a captured payment that did not activate the purchased access, or a material access problem that our team cannot restore. Failed or abandoned payments are not treated as completed purchases.

How to request help

Email deutschclickk@gmail.com as soon as possible from the address used for your account. Include the Razorpay payment or order reference and a short description of the issue. Never send a card number, CVV, password, or one-time password.

Resolution and statutory rights

If a refund is approved, or Razorpay or the payment provider reverses a failed or duplicate transaction, the amount will be returned through the original payment method. Bank processing time may apply. Nothing in this policy limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
